Shipping

We currently dispatch orders though NZ Post on Monday through to Friday each week. If your order is placed between Friday – Sunday it will be dispatched the following week once the product has been designed and created.
Delivery time is usually overnight but may take up to 3-5 working days. Your order may be processed faster than this or may be delayed depending on the availability of our stock levels, or high demand for NZ Post. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know.
If you need our product urgently, please send us an email to teeny tots.nz@gmail.com and we will do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible.

If you require shipping outside of NZ please make contact first to receive quote for shipping and to find out if this option is available.

Payment

Orders will be posted, and tracking details provided once payment is received in full. Current payment methods are, bank transfer, cash on pick up or credit/Debit card via Stripe or Afterpay.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are available, and we will work with each customer on a case-by-case basis to work out the lead time on the order, you will be aware of this time frame when placing an order- However orders are usually ready to send out in 5 working days.

Return Policy

At Teeny Tots we do our best to create something special, and we stand behind our product 100%.

However, please note- the actual product might look slightly different due to the natural nature of the wooden board and due to the fact, this is a hand-made product.

Please think carefully before deciding to make your purchase, as we do not offer refunds if you decide our product is not for you. If your items are damaged, please contact us at teenytots.nz@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement, however we do, do our best to package in a way that will keep all your items safe.
